OUR VOLUNTARY SERVICE

If you experience a cybersecurity incident or cyber crime, you can contact us for advice on how to respond and mitigate incidents such as ransomware attacks, phishing attacks, website defacements, cyberbullying, and blackmail threats. As a nonprofit organization, we are here to assist individuals, organizations, and sometimes even governments in preventing, responding to, and recovering from cybersecurity incidents and threats.

OUR ROLE

We have collaborated with other security experts in the industry, including attorneys, to provide this service as a public service. We are committed to equipping you with useful recommendations, best practices, and educational materials.  As a non-registered entity in any country, please note that our guidance is advisory in nature and should not be used in place of professional cybersecurity services. We are motivated to operate on a volunteer basis by our passion for cybersecurity and our desire to positively impact society.

OUR LIMITATION

As a volunteer organization, our capacity and capabilities are limited. While we are committed to assisting you, please understand that our services may be limited due to resource constraints. We (Cyber Burma) can only accept reports of Myanmar-based incidents at this time.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Since we rely on volunteers, we will gladly accept additional volunteers. Please contact us for details.
